Where do our pupils go after leaving Ambleside Primary?

Upon leaving Ambleside Primary school our children usually move onto one of four neighbouring comprehensive schools. The named feeder school for the family of primary schools to which we belong, is Ellis Guilford Comprehensive school.

For the academic year 2007/2008, sixty-nine percent of the current cohort chose to attend Ellis Guilford. The two comprehensive schools with the highest preference for our children and their families is either Ellis Guilford or Trinity comprehensive schools.

Both Ellis Guilford or Trinity have been part of extensive new build projects in recent years.
