Overton Park Camp Y4 Residential

Monday 10th May 2010 - Thursday 13th May 2010

The visit will consist of three days of outdoor team building activities and walks in the Derbyshire countryside. The children will sleep in tents that are provided by the campsite but they will need to provide their own sleeping bag.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity and one which we hope you would like your child to take part in. In order for the camp to go ahead, we need to take at least 40 children.

The cost of the visit: including transport, activities, accommodation and food will be determined once the number of children attending has been confirmed. The more children who attend the cheaper it will be. If we manage to fill all places and take 50 children then the price will be £50 per child. Please don’t send any money at the moment. If your child is chosen to go then you will need to pay a nonreturnable deposit of £10 to secure the booking. The rest of the money can then be paid in instalments.

If you would like your child to be considered for this visit then could you please fill in the slip below and return it by Friday 22nd January 2010. Numbers are limited and so if we receive more than 50 replies then the first 50 children will be drawn from a hat.

Can I take a teddy bear?

Yes you certainly can.  Mr Marks has already packed his.

What size bag shall I pack?

Nothing too large as you will need to keep it with you in your tent and you don't want it to take up too much space.  A small pull along case or average size holdall should be big enough.

You will need to pack your sleeping bag and pillow seperately.
