NHS Life Check

NHS LifeCheck is an online health service that will help you assess your own and your child's health and well-being. Online health assessments are available that can be completed in privacy and health recommendations are provided based on your results that will allow you to develop a personalised health plan to improve your overall health and quality of life. There are 3 NHS LifeCheck links available:

Baby LifeCheck:: www.babylifecheck.co.uk Young Mums and Carers - are you doing it right? The NHS Baby LifeCheck is for parents and carers with babies 5-8 months old.  It provides current information and useful advice about what parents can do to help keep their baby healthy, happy and safe. 

Teen LifeCheck: www.teenlifecheck.co.uk Teenagers – Find out if you're healthy. NHS Teen LifeCheck uses an engaging and interactive quiz to offer health and lifestyle information to 12-15 year olds. It guides young people through a set of confidential, simple multiple choice questions and then gives tailored advice on how goals can be set to improve lifestyles.

Mid-life LifeCheck: www.midlifecheck.co.uk Adults – Get answers to those important questions we all have by completing the online health assessment which will let you know what you are doing well and flags up possible problems for the future.

Domestic Violence Forum in Nottingham
